We Have a Plan That Suits Your Needs

Almendra's Kitchen is available for rent on an hourly basis, and we're committed to offering the lowest hourly rates possible. If you're interested in reserving time in the kitchen, we can work with you to schedule time for anywhere from a one-time use the next day, to reserving regular, recurring time slots for an entire month. The kitchen is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The application fee is a one-time non-refundable fee of $100.00 must be paid along with the first month's rent in order to start the process. We will conduct a background check and a eviction verification. Once your application has been accepted we will provide you with the commissary letter of agreement and nessesary documentation to apply for your license. Please allowed 24 to 48 hours to rceive the information.
